1. Under Polish law, a consumer customer has the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. Exception: goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., individual engraving) are not returnable if the service has been performed (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 ("Consumer Rights Act", Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) – Art. 38, paragraph 1, item 3:
"The right of withdrawal from a contract does not apply to consumers in relation to contracts where the subject of the service consists in the delivery of goods made to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet their individual needs."
